Nobody likes to be bored. For older adults who are transitioning into retirement or into an aged care facility, it can be easy to feel bored after years of living an active life. This can increase the risk of boredom and feelings of uselessness.  

We believe that a healthy mind and body is essential for everyone's well-being. Telegramps was created for grandchildren and families who may not always be able to see their loved ones but want to remind them they are there for them.
